Gel Polish Manicure Course

Gel nails are one of the most popular treatments in beauty salons. It can have great revenue potential for your salon and studio. 
 

Students who enrol in our gel nail course will learn how to shape, prep, apply and remove gel on the natural nail.

What you will learn: 

• Anatomy of nails and structure 

• Health and safety law, sterilisation methods

• Contraindication

• Nail shapes

• Gel application and removal

• Completing service on two models as part of practical learning. 

• Prepare and plan for the treatment. 

 

Face-to-face training – small classroom of 1 or 2 students. 

Pre-requirements – Manicure and Pedicure accredited course

Duration – 10am – 4pm

Models needed - you will need 2 models, if you don’t have any, we can arrange them for you. 

 

What happens on the day - We will start with theory first, you will be assessed throughout the training, you will be shown step by step on the first model how to perform the treatment, then you will complete the treatment on your second model with our guidance and support. Throughout the course you will be able to take videos and pictures or the workstation se

 

What you will need - All equipment and products are provided for you during the training. You will need 2 models (we could arrange those for you if you need)- models should have bare nails with no gel or extensions.

We provide refreshments, and light snacks but you might want to bring a packed lunch with you for the day.   

 

Payments - 50% deposit must be paid prior the course to secure the space. The full amount must be paid 2 weeks prior the course. 

 

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate accredited by CENTRE OF CPD EXCELENCE, which will allow you to obtain insurance.
